An excellent source of vitamins and minerals, Pretty Pets can be fed wet or dry, and can be mixed with fresh foods to compliment a well balanced, nutritious offering. Remember, variety improves both attitude and appetite. When Pretty Pets is 80% of your tortoise's total intake, other vitamin supplements should not be used. Feeding dry foods gives the pet owner the advantage of offering several days supply in a format that resists spoiling. Pretty Pets Tortoise Food is available in two morsel sizes, small for hatchlings and juveniles and large for adults of all sizes. This food is formulated to provide proper shell formation and good nutrition in an appealing formula. Tortoises are attracted to the smell and taste of Pretty Pets and will accept it eagerly upon introduction. Our tortoise food has 8% protein, 3% fat and 13 % fiber. |
